Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of the insurance market of the Russian Federation in the context of modern challenges. The key indicators of the insurance market of Russia are investigated: the total premium, the amount of insurance payments, the number of insurance companies, etc. Statistical methods of data processing and comparative analysis were used in the preparation of the article. The conclusion is made about the features of the industry structure of the insurance services market, the main trends and the immediate prospects of its development. Special attention is paid to measures to support the insurance business by the megaregulator in the face of current challenges.
