Abstract

The article substantiates the importance of methods for preventing stress factors in the organizational environment and increasing the level of stress competence of managers and employees of a service sector organization. The results of sociological research conducted among the personnel of the organization of the service sector are presented. The subject of the study is the methods and personnel activities of stress management at the organizational and personal levels in organizations in the service sector.
 The study used diagnostic tools: stress monitoring, which allows assessing the stress factors of the organizational environment; to assess the satisfaction of employees with working conditions and the emotional state of the staff (K.E. Oksinoid); a methodology for assessing the personnel risks of an organization, which makes it possible to build a profile of the organization's personnel risks (Mitrofanova A.E.); peer review method; a method for diagnosing the comfort of the organization's behavioral space (K.E. Oksinoid). In the course of the study, practical recommendations were formed in the field of stress management of the organization of the service sector.
