Abstract

Abstract. In modern society, specialists who have flexible skills are in demand. They must be able to work in a team, make decisions quickly, have self-control and self-regulation. A modern graduate of an educational institution must be responsible for the decisions made, be able to overcome internal and external barriers that hinder the achievement of the goal. And also be active and purposeful. Responsibility is one of the main indicators of the social and psychological maturity of a person. It determines the features of the formation of the personality as a whole, acts as the most important regulator of the organization of life, life choices, universal and moral values. Responsibility is that form of control over a person's activities, which he exercises himself, in accordance with the norms and rules of conduct adopted by him. Responsibility is one of the indicators of the psychological health of a person. In our article, we consider the quality of responsibility as an interrelated harmonious and aharmonious components. The article presents the results of a comparative and correlation study of the components of responsibility among students. The analysis of various approaches to the problem of responsibility is carried out. In the course of an empirical study, problem areas have been identified that may cause a low severity of one or another component of responsibility. According to the results obtained, it was found that students with different indicators of responsibility have statistically significant differences in such components of responsibility as motivational, emotional and regulatory. Differences are also found in indicators of intuition and self-responsibility. The results of the study will make it possible to develop foresight technologies taking into account the identified indicators. The development of responsibility components is possible in the course of implementing a practice-oriented approach. It is necessary to take into account the nature of the disciplines taught by students of different areas of training in the first years of study. Based on the results of the study, the ways of developing indicators of responsibility among students with the help of foresight technologies are outlined.
