Abstract
In the context of globalization, market economy systems are constantly being improved. In this process, it is necessary to constantly develop the asset management of enterprises in order to better provide financial guarantees when adapting to a new situation. In the course of constant changes in the economic situation, the asset management of the enterprise does not go smoothly. There are problems such as the separation of powers and responsibilities. The system is imperfect, and awareness of asset management is low, as is awareness of unmanaged corporate assets. Therefore, enterprises need to pay attention to asset management and find appropriate methods and measures. With this in mind, the article discusses the problems and countermeasures of enterprise asset management.
