Abstract

High innovation potential in any country is the key to the development of the entire economy. To date, there has been a significant reduction in Russia's partnerships with Western European countries in most areas of activity, including cooperation in the field of innovation. The author believes that the most effective way to develop innovation management is the open innovation paradigm. The article analyzes the indicators of the practical application of open innovations at the corporate level. The main and most significant factors hindering the implementation of the open innovation model in Russian practice are identified, and promising directions for its development are outlined.
