Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out what kind of action and what kind of existence he reveals himself as in the competition situation of short track speed skating, with the subject of the athlete"s existence in the competition situation. To this end, based on the limited texts (existence, struggle, bloody, subjectivity) presented by Martin Heidegger and Jean-Paul Sartre, we focused on clarifying the passing behavior (passing direction, passing timing) that occurs in the short track speed skating competition situation. did As a result, it suggests the importance of understanding the subjectivity of athletes, not objectivity, and clarifying their own existence. Its contents are as follows. First, the passing of an athlete is a promising future possibility. Second, it is a being infused with an existence-in-ice. Third, players are beings with subjectivity. In conclusion, a short track speed skater is a human being with subjectivity who is a bloody being in the game situation, and strives toward the future possibility in each game situation and identifies his own existence by making a choice.
