Abstract
The article discusses the geological regularities of the transformation of the stress-strain state of the soil foundation through the formation of dissipative geological structures that interact between the geological environment and the foundation. The technology of calculation of the ground base settlement is presented. A specific example of estimation of strip foundation settlement shows that the proposed technology is efficient and can be further used for practical purposes
