Abstract

The authors of the article consider the problem of the impact of digitalization of education on a person, the change in its value-semantic sphere in the context of a pandemic and social isolation. Situations of uncertainty and social instability not only change the usual way of life, but also lead to stress, anxiety and tension. The change in value orientations in the structure of personality makes the problem of studying self-consciousness especially relevant. The complete transition to distance education has made its adjustments to the content of education and upbringing, forms and methods of its organization in higher educational institutions. The article presents the results of an online survey among students and teachers of the university in order to analyze the attitudes of students and teachers to a complete transition to distance learning in the context of restrictive measures; psychological state and difficulties that have arisen in the educational process of the university. The authors offer recommendations for psychological support aimed at reducing psychological pressure, preventing stress and ways to get out of it.
