Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to the selection of risk management strategies for an organization. The paper analyzes the use of the risk-taking strategy from the point of view of the inaction of persons responsible for risk management. The organization’s response measures when choosing a risk avoidance strategy are considered in detail. The paper describes a new strategy for risk accumulation as a method that allows the company to effectively interact with stakeholders, thereby maintaining business activity. The advantages and disadvantages of the most common risk reduction strategy and examples of its use in today’s realities are explored. The author consider in detail the strategy of risk transfer through the outsourcing mechanism with an analysis of possible risks associated with the loss of control over business processes.
