Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of management of innovative ideas at the enterprise, which necessitates the study and generalization of innovative experience of Ukraine and other countries. Substantiation and coverage of issues related to improving the process of managing innovative ideas in the enterprise. Levels of development of innovative potential of the personnel, the factors blocking innovative activity and factors of its improvement are defined. The companies that apply different approaches to the successful implementation of idea management systems are analyzed. The main methods for finding and selecting the most acceptable and effective innovative idea are compared. It is offered to the companies to constantly introduce innovations, to carry out technical-technological and innovative transformations adapted to modern market conditions.
