Abstract

The article examines the economic impact of technological modernization of farming enterprises. The study analyzes the effects of implementing modern agricultural technologies and upgrading equipment on key econom- ic indicators such as labor productivity, production costs, and operational profitability. Examples of successful mod- ernization of farms in the Krasnodar region and international experience confirm the significant potential of precision farming and automated systems. The article also identifies the main barriers to technological modernization in Russia, including financial constraints, a shortage of qualified personnel, and a lack of accessible educational programs. Recommendations are provided for enhancing government support, simplifying access to credit, and developing edu- cational initiatives, emphasizing the importance of technological modernization for the sustainable development and competitiveness of Russia’s agricultural sector.
