Abstract

A difficult-to-treat case of late-onset schizotypal disorder, accompanied by obsessive-compulsive symptoms, has been treated by specialists as a psychogenic pathology for many years. The characteristics of diagnosis, the dynamics of psychopathological symptoms, and treatment approaches with an assessment of their effectiveness are analyzed.
