Abstract

Abstract This article examines the features of improving the efficiency of management of a professional hockey club on the example of HC Torpedo. Analyzed the external and internal environment of the organization, which affects the effectiveness of management. The factors influencing the profitability of a hockey club are considered; ways of generating the total income of hockey clubs with both a high level of entertainment and a lower one. In addition, the article proposes a model for assessing the effectiveness of the management activities of a professional sports club, which includes the stages of assessment and the corresponding tasks.
