Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of management processes in an educational organization. Having analyzed management processes, such as: attracting young specialists, improving the qualifications of teachers and the transition to distance education, we came to the conclusion that each of these decisions requires constant improvement and correlation with other aspects of management. Attracting young specialists to educational institutions requires not only conducting attractive recruitment, but also creating conditions for their professional growth and development. Improving the qualifications of teachers requires significant resources, including financial resources for organizing specialized training and courses. The transition to distance education also requires equipping educational institutions with technical means, access to the Internet and the use of specialized programs. In addition, teachers must be ready to teach in a new format and have appropriate IT competence.
