Abstract

This study implemented an analysis of actual proof through a survey for the causation between objective authenticity, tourism experience and satisfaction. First, the hypothesis that authenticity would have a significant positive effect on entertainment and deviation, the sub factor of tourism experience was fully supported. However, the hypothesis that authenticity would have a significant positive effect on aesthetic, the sub factor of tourism experience, was not supported. Second, the hypothesis that authenticity, would have a significant positive effect on satisfaction was fully supported. Third, the hypothesis that entertainment and deviation, the sub factor of tourism experience, would have a significant positive effect on satisfaction was fully supported. However, the hypothesis that aesthetic, the sub factor of tourism experience, would have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, was not supported.
