Abstract

The article reveals the essence and significance of the mechanism of municipal-private partnership (MCHP) as forms of effective interaction between local self-government bodies and business entities, as well as the main models of MCHP and the most important areas of use of this mechanism are analyzed. The author substantiates the role of a multi-level investment management system in the implementation of MCHP projects. The principles that form the basis of strategic planning and control in the implementation of MCHP projects are formulated, as well as the problems and advantages (benefits) of using the MCHP mechanism for local governments and the business community are identified.
