Патриотизм как фактор сохранения национальной идентичности

Abstract

Modern Russian society is experiencing a severe spiritual and moral crisis, during which value attitudes are being destroyed through the denial of traditional Russian values and the introduction of new value paradigms. Spiritual and moral crisis is a result of the crisis state of today’s Russian society, which is caused by many rea-sons: it is the instability of the economic component, and the constantly emerging political cataclysms in the world arena, and large-scale environmental problems, as well as the gaining momentum in the process of de-struction of social ties, and, as a consequence, the apparent destruction of moral foundations. The problem of preserving national identity is outlined at all levels, but its solution is possible only through the formation and strengthening of patriotism as the foundation of Russia’s future. That is precisely why the formation of patriot-ism becomes a priority of the Russian Federation’s state policy and is seen as a factor in preserving national identity.
