Abstract

With regard to the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation considered variants of optimal plans of subordinate organizations of inspections on the basis of construction costs of integrated models that take into account the costs of control measures, as well as damage caused by errors and violations of budget spending rules. Instrumentation analysis of audit plan options include simulation and regression models, as well as means of multi-criteria optimization.
