Abstract

The problem of interrelation of morality and legal ideology at the ideological level is highlighted. The correlation of individual moral and legal categories is carried out. The ideological significance of morality is pointed out, due to the fact that any ideology appeals to the moral discourse of good and evil, including legal ideology. It is noted that morality is an «amplifier» of legal values and values of legal ideology.
