Abstract

This article discusses the specific features associated with disciplinary responsibility for violations of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation. The document that fully reflects the whole essence of the procedure and its features is the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of the current legislation and scientific publications, it was concluded that such problems are mainly caused by the imperfection of labor legislation. The fundamental documents in the study of the issue of responsibility for ignoring discipline were the articles of the current Labor Code of the Russian Federation
