Abstract
Automation is a method of process management and task management that does not require direct human intervention. This technology allows machines and processes to be controlled using advanced control systems, allowing them to function independently. The purpose of our research was to analyze the impact of automation on modern society, especially on productivity, employment, morale and social development. At the same time, it highlights the potential of automation to improve the quality of life and create additional opportunities for people in the labor market.
