Abstract

The article discusses the principles of inter-budgetary relations, according to which this process takes place. The author analyzed a number of problems of inter-budgetary relations in the conditions of the economic crisis, among which limited access to credit resources, uneven distribution of budget resources between regions, reduction of funds by the central budget for regional programs and projects are highlighted. The ways of solving these problems are proposed, such as increasing the share of regional tax revenues and developing financial support tools for regional budgets. The importance of optimizing the mechanisms of inter-budgetary redistribution to ensure economic stability and social protection of the population is also emphasized.
