Abstract
Objectives The aim of this study was to develop a scales that will be used complementary to the application to the teacher education platform. Methods It was intended to overcome the limitations of the outcomes evaluation, which focus only on the results after the completion of education, and to use the merits of the platform that the learner's learning history was managed and continuously followed. Initial questions were developed through interviews with stakeholders and prior research. Results Using a survey, we developed a questionnaire system, 6 items for academic self-efficacy, 5 items for self-directed learning readiness, and 3 items for task expectations before education, 4 items for learning participation during education, and 4 items for learning participation, 3 items for action plan, 5 items for learning environment satisfaction, and 7 items for learning satisfaction, 4 items for learning transfer after education, which were confirmed using factor analysis. The final reliability is Cronbach's α of .92-.93. Conclusions The developed questionnaire will be used in connection with the teacher's learning activity data of learning analytics on the platform in the future.
