Abstract

The state of technologies for pre-sowing treatment with biological preparations is described. The problems of using biological preparations in the preparation of seed material are considered, in particular, the lack of technical means designed for spraying biological preparations. The developed sprayer is described, the technical result of which is to ensure the completeness of etching and increase the effectiveness of the use of biological preparations for seed etching and crop processing. The design and principle of operation of the sprayer of the working solution of the biological product is described. A wide range of spray pressure adjustment, as well as a gentle pneumatic method of applying a working preparation to seeds, allows the use of biological preparations for carrying out work on preparing seeds for sowing. The technique and installation for conducting research of an experimental sprayer on the effect of the pressure of the working solution and air on the dispersion of its spraying is given. The results of the study on the effect of air pressure and the working solution of the biological product on the dispersion of spraying with an experimental sprayer are presented, images of droplets of a sprayed solution of black dye are scanned and recognized with the help of a developed computer application. The results of an objective analysis of the data obtained are presented in the form of a mathematical model of quadratic regression describing the dependence of the dispersion of the working solution when spraying it with an experimental sprayer on the pressure of liquid and air, the values of the regression coefficients are calculated. The rational values of the operating parameters of the experimental sprayer are given: the pressure of the working fluid in the range of 0.2 ...0.4 MPa and air - 0.1 ... 0.3 MPa. At these parameter values, the sprayer provides the formation of sprayed particles with sizes from 100 to 220 microns
