Abstract

The article substantiates the role of social entrepreneurship as an anti-crisis tool for revitalizing the economy and the labor market, supporting socially vulnerable population groups and solving the urgent social needs of communities in the conditions of war and post-war economic recovery of Ukraine. In the course of an expert survey using the author's questionnaire, an assessment of the potential for the development of social entrepreneurship in Vinnychina was carried out. It has been established that in modern conditions, the potential sphere of development of social entrepreneurship is quite wide, provided that priority will be given to those spheres that are the most favorable for the employment of socially vulnerable population groups. It was found that the most significant obstacles to the development of social entrepreneurship are currently the following: entrepreneurs' lack of social entrepreneurship skills, limited access to financing programs, low level of awareness of entrepreneurs about available support programs/financing opportunities; legislative irregularity. It was emphasized that these factors should be the basis for the development of measures to support the development of social entrepreneurship at the regional and national level. At the same time, in general, the results of the expert survey demonstrate that Vinnychina has all the prerequisites for the effective development of social entrepreneurship.
