Abstract
In accordance with the current labour legislation the problems of the position of trade union organisations are analysed. The norms of labour legislation of the RussianSoviet Federative Socialist Republic and the Russian Federation are studied. Attention is paid to the analysis of court decisions on the cases connected with public relations with the participation of trade union organisations.
