Abstract

In this article, the authors consider modern methods of personnel monitoring regarding the possibility of their use in studying the state of employee engagement in the company. The authors evaluate the conditions of use of each of the monitoring tools, give recommendations on their use, noting the positive characteristics of each of the methods and their possibilities in studying the state of staff involvement. The article also provides brief recommendations on the use of each of the tools for monitoring staff engagement, offers recommendations on which topics a particular survey should address, which questions should be included in it, and highlights the features of the proposed monitoring tools. The article provides examples of modern monitoring tools that are available to advanced employers
