Abstract

The article is dedicated to the study of income-generating activities of non-profit institutions (hereinafter referred to as NPIs). The author analyzes the existing legal regulation of the opportunity to carry out income-generating activities by NPIs. The article reviews conditions under which such activities are allowed and discusses limitations related to the conformance to the goals declared by such institutions. The author offers a comprehensive survey of practical and legal aspects of income-generating activities of NPIs to ensure deeper understanding of problems associated with such activities.
