Abstract
The purpose of the study: on the basis of the analysis to reflect the features of the management of innovative projects, to reflect the main problems and to propose methods of their resolution. Scientific methods of cognition are used: analysis, synthesis and comparison. The basics of innovative projects are considered, the modern mechanism of their management in organizations is reflected. The main conclusions and problematic aspects are presented, the main methods of solving problems of innovative project management are proposed. The study reflects the importance of introducing modeling of innovative design systems tailored to the modern economic and social realities of the country. The creation of a single method opens the way for continuous modernization of production in the interests of the production of innovative products.
