Abstract
The possibilities of collective financing through Internet platforms (crowdfunding) in Russia are being considered. The legislative framework, the mechanism of action and the main features of crowdfunding are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the development of the market of collective loans for project financing (crowdlanding) and the market of collective in-vestment of the company through the purchase of its securities (crowdinvesting), the forecast of the Bank of Russia on the trends of crowdfunding development in the near future is given
