الفضاء الحضری المکشوف لمدینة دمیاط الجدیدة

Abstract

يتناول البحث دراسة الفضاء الحضري المکشوف لمدينة دمياط الجديدة ليسلط الضوء على أهمية إستغلال المناطق المفتوحة بشکل عام والآثار التي تترکها على النسيج العمراني للمدينة، وقد تم ذلک من خلال دراسة الموقع الجغرافي للمدينة من حيث المنظور الطوبولوجي للمدينة والمدن المجاورة ومن خلال رصد دراسة التطور العمراني لمدينة دمياط الجديدة ، واتجاهات ومحاور النمو العمراني ، وکذلک معرفة تغير الحجم السکاني ومعدلاته . وسترکز الدراسة أيضا علي کل انواع الفضاءات بين المباني في المدينة او اجزائها والذي يمثل منظومة الاتصال بين المباني وسبل الوصول اليها ، وقد قمت بدراسة تفصيلية لعناصر تکوين الفراغ الحضري في مدينة دمياط الجديدة من حيث الشوارع وارصفة الشوارع وجزر الشوارع والحدائق والمساحات الخضراء والحيوب الزراعية والإستخدامات الرياضية والترفيهية وإستخدامات الفضاءات والإستخدامات التعليمية والإستخدام السياحي ، وبعدها يتم إلقاء الضوء علي الفضاء الحضري المکشوف بمدينة دمياط الجديدة لتختتم الدراسة في النهاية بأهم النتائج والتوصيات . Abstract The research deals with the study of the open urban space of the new city of Damietta to shed light on the importance of exploiting open areas in general and the effects they leave on the urban fabric of the city, and this was done by studying the geographical location of the city in terms of the topological perspective of the city and neighboring cities and by monitoring the study of the urban development of the new city of Damietta. , Trends and axes of urban growth, as well as knowledge of population size change and its rates. The study will also focus on all types of spaces between buildings in the city or its parts, which represent the communication system between buildings and ways to access them. I have conducted a detailed study of the elements of creating an urban space in the New Damietta city in terms of streets, sidewalks, street islands, parks, green spaces, agricultural pockets, sports and recreational uses. And the uses of spaces, educational uses and tourist use. After that, light is shed on the open urban space in New Damietta, so that the study ends with the most important findings and recommendations.
