Abstract

Due to Covid-19, the current situation of mission fields and pastoral ministry have rapidly changed. This results in the threat of the missionaries’ health, decrease of financial support for missionaries, and rise of persecution in mission fields. It also causes negative image of the Korean churches who try to gather in person, and decrease of the numbers and finance of the churches. In response to this hard situation of the mission fields and the Korean churches, they discuss and suggest diverse creative strategies. The role of missionary network associations, such as the Korea World Missions Association (KWMA), become significant in order to avoid any competitions among missionary individuals and organizations. Hence, this paper argues that the management plan of Korean churches can enable the prospect of mission work to be productive even during this crisis of the mission field and Korean churches
