Abstract
The article describes Fedor Vasilyevich Obukhov’s life and professional path. He is known all over the world as a prominent leader and scientist in the field of organizing and managing fire protection in Russia.The article contains a number of facsimile documents and photographs from the personal archive of F. V. Obukhov's family. The article is addressed to cadets and students of State Fire Academy of EMERCOM of Russia and departmental structures officers. The material can be used in extracurricular activities for the purpose of educational work.
