Abstract

The article presents the results of a survey of business entities on the current state and prospects of cooperation with higher education institutions. The survey was conducted among the partners of Chernihiv National University of Technology (in particular during business forums and vacancy fairs). The key areas of “university-business” cooperation and the main criteria of such interaction have been identified. According to the survey results, the problems in cooperation of stakeholders with universities were revealed. Based on the analysis of respondents' answers, tactical measures to intensify the partnership between higher education institutions and business have been identified. The obtained results made the basis for the formation of economic and pedagogical blocks of the integrated model of competitive higher education. The authors come to the conclusion about the necessity of deepening research of synchronizing the stakeholder’ interests within the Quadruple Helix model (government - business - higher education – civil society).
