Abstract

Two methods for calculating the parameters of a nonlinear model of a semiconductor diode are proposed. The difference between these methods is shown. The first method involves the use of reference data, which makes it difficult to use. Emphasis is placed on a numerical method for determining the parameters of a nonlinear diode model using mathematical software packages. The second method involves conducting experimental studies on a real semiconductor diode
