Abstract

The study discusses the measures to improve labor management related to the specific application of the personnel management technologies by a case study of the Nizhnegorsky Road Construction and Maintenance Department (branch) of the State Uni-tary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea Kry-mavtodor. The main organizational and economic indicators of the branch are analyzed. The research examines the staff number and structure, the quali-tative characteristics of personnel and staff rotation for three years. The authors identify the major priori-ties for the personnel development: the employees’ satisfaction with labor management, working condi-tions and the activities being implemented. To this end, the authors developed an employee question-naire consisting of five sets of questions (each one had a certain number of questions). As a result, the measures to improve labor management are pro-posed; their economic evaluation is presented as well. In addition, the indicators of effective imple-mentation of the personnel development system are analyzed.
