Abstract

The purpose of any product is to meet the needs of consumers. The ability of products to meet these needs depends, first of all, on product quality. Thus, one of the most important conditions for a successful development of an enterprise is the effective management of the quality of products at all stages of its production. A special place in the quality management of products is quality control. It is control as one of the effective means of achieving the goals set and the most important function of management promotes the correct use of those that objectively exist, as well as the conditions created by man and the conditions of production of high quality. From the measure of excellence in quality control, its technical equipment and organization depends largely on the efficiency of production in general.The main factors influencing the quality management of products are the factors of the internal and external environment of the enterprise. To factors of the internal environment it is necessary to attribute organizational-legal form, stage of life cycle, appearance (large, medium, small), availability and quality of used financial, labor (and other) resources, type of products, general corporate, competitive and functional development strategies.The factors of the external environment should include: loyalty of the legislation of the industry, capacity and geographical location of the market of influence, the level of competition and the pace of development of socio-economic processes in the region, the development of infrastructure, the forms and methods of financial development of the enterprise.All of these factors should be taken into account in the process of choosing a type of managerial action to control product quality. In order to determine the most significant factors of a particular enterprise, the matrix of strategic SWOT analysis should be used.The structure of the quality control and control methods varies depending on the quality control operations involved. Therefore, the description of the specifics of changes in the composition of parameters and control methods should be carried out within the framework of quality control operations.
