Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the application of mechatronics in production and automation. The main principles of mechatronic systems, their integration into production processes, the use of robotics, sensor technologies and adaptive control systems are considered. Methods for increasing the energy efficiency and sustainability of mechatronic systems are analyzed, including the introduction of renewable energy sources and heat recovery technologies. Modern innovations such as artificial intelligence, 3D printing and the Internet of Things are discussed. Examples of successful application and forecasts for the development of technologies are given, and the economic and practical benefits and challenges associated with the integration of mechatronics into production are assessed.
