One of the ways of preserving and augmenting of the capital is the external economic activity via the countries with offshore jurisdiction. The usage of the offshore companies creates the conditions for abuse, primarily due to the regime of financial secrecy, which facilitates the effective traces masking of financial crimes committing. It is necessary to make the implementation of offshore operations economically inefficient.
