Abstract
The article is devoted to longitudinal investigation results of dynamic pattern in spiritual values of Russian youth during the years of 2008–2022, which underwent neoliberal transformation. This is evidenced by: importance decrease of happy family life values, interesting work, social recognition, creativity, self-confidence, as well as values ranks increase of freedom and life wisdom without their critical comprehension. Techniques and methods of negative influence of neoliberal media on young people are shown, organizational, educational and pedagogic measures are proposed to protect students of State Fire Academy of EMERCOM of Russia from it.
