 activity, the values of personal characteristics of employees, and the need for social partnership. All this places new requirements on the nature and content
 of managing social development of organization.
 Methodological aspects of social development managing will allow modern managers to solve social problems on the basis of a comprehensive scientifi c
 approach, awareness of the regularities in the course of social processes, the exact analytical calculation and verifi ed social norms.
