Abstract
In modern society, the service industry makes efforts to provide better service to meet the diverse needs of customers according to their increasing expectations. The hotel business environment the witnessed rapid chances due to the intense competition among hotel corporations and the diverse and upscale customer demands. So, to manage the service employee is a big issue in hotel. So, this study in to investigate the relationship between organizational in hotel and outcome variables of PVC. To that end, totally 300 copies of questionnaire sheets were distributed to individuals that participated in the 1st class hotels from february 1 to 28, 2018, and 251 copies were used in the final analysis. For statistical analysis, SPSS 18.0 statistics program was used. The obtained results are as follows: First, psychological contract violations has negative effects on work desire, organizational commitment, perceived organizational support and confidence. Second, psychological contract violations has positive effects on turnover intention and organizational silence.BR This results reveal that operators need to focus on organizational as a key operational strategies in the context of hotel.
