Abstract

Bilateral relations between the United States and Mongolia have been active since 1990. In particular, the governments of the United States and Mongolia have made steady efforts to promote economic and social cooperation. One of the important factors in the economic field is foreign aid, and the close relationship between the two countries has been upgraded to the next level thanks to the aid from the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
 The results of empirical analysis based on data from 1990 to 2020 confirmed Foreign direct investment(FDI), ODA, Export, Import and Infra had a significant on Mongolia's economic growth using the Vector Error Correction Model.
 Therefore, it can be concluded that Mongolia's economy and society are moving towards the realm of economic growth and development, with a focus on strengthening the inflow of financial aid from major donors and improving the quality of foreign direct investment, and the business cycle and various resources are improving.
