Результаты лазерного лечения первичной смешанной глаукомы

During the first stage all patients underwent laser iridectomy in the superior segment according to the standard method with a pulse energy 2.6-3.2 MJ and the number of pulses [3,4,5,6,7,8,9]
The radiation wavelength – 532 nm, pulse duration 3 ns, single pulse energy 0.6 – 1.3 MJ, the light spot size was 400 microns. 50-60 pulses were applied to the trabecular area in the lower segment of the anterior chamber angle along the arc 180 degrees
Summary
После выполнения первого этапа лечения (ЛИЭ) и перед вторым этапом (СЛТ) ВГД составляло 17,59±0,35 мм рт. Одним из методов снижения ВГД в лечения глаукомы является селективная лазерная трабекулопластика (СЛТ), которая была введена в клиническую практику в 1997 году. СЛТ – безопасная и эффективная лазерная операция для лечения первичной открытоугольной глаукомы *16,19+, которая позволяет проводить избирательное воздействие на меланин-содержащие клетки трабекулярного аппарата, не оказывая влияния на непигментированные участки *8+. Однако при лечении пациентов со смешанной глаукомой, имеющих узкий или неравномерный угол передней камеры (УПК), выполнение СЛТ в полном объеме технически невозможно *11+. С целью расширения УПК и получения адекватного доступа к трабекуле, в качестве первого этапа лечения показана лазерная иридэктомия (ЛИЭ). Анализ результатов применения ЛИЭ и СЛТ, как двух последовательных этапов при лечении смешанной глаукомы является актуальным
