Abstract

This study focuses on the job satisfaction factors for correctional welfare facility workers and seeks to identify the relationship between self-leadership and job satisfaction. Through this study, it was intended to contribute to providing basic data for social system improvement and policy preparation to improve job satisfaction of correctional welfare facility workers. The subjects of this study were 214 correctional welfare facility workers working in correctional welfare facilities in the metropolitan area. A survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire for 40 days from June 05, 2023 to July 15, 2023. . The results of this study are as follows. Self-leadership of correctional welfare facility workers was found to have an effect on job satisfaction. These results confirm that the working conditions of correctional welfare facility workers are important, but psychological factors are also factors that can increase job satisfaction of correctional welfare facility workers.
