Abstract
Computer testing is one of the automated tools. It provides opportunities for the full assimilation of educational material and the organization of monitoring of learning outcomes. The pedagogical test is a flexible and effective tool that helps to assimilate the educational material in a high-quality way and to check the knowledge of the students. To create a test, various editors and programs are used, the capabilities of the global network. This article discusses the use of computer tests in teaching. The possibilities of computer tests in diagnostic, current, modular and final types of control are disclosed. The features of the use of computer tests in distance and online learning are outlined.
