Abstract

Improving production efficiency and product quality are the main directions in which modern mechanical engineering should develop. In order to optimize their activities, enterprises in this direction, in addition to general technical, technological and other special tasks, should pay attention to production management systems, which, in particular, are the TQM system and the Risk Management system. The article presents arguments that allow developing and implementing such a generalized system by building a hierarchical structure for managing an organization at all stages of the life cycle, inherent in the TQM system and using risk registers, which are recommended as sources of information for making managerial decisions in the Risk Management system. To this end, it is proposed to build a hierarchy of risk registers, the content of which covers all the structures of the organization and all stages of the life cycle of production. An example of the construction, processing of data and their use for making management decisions for a lower-level registry is considered.
