Abstract

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to determine the effects of obstructive sleep apnea on mental health and quality of life.
 Methods: This study used data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2020, and a complex sample linear regression analysis was performed to confirm the effect of obstructive sleep apnea on mental health and quality of life.
 Results: If there were risk factors for obstructive sleep apnea, there were adverse effects on mental health and quality of life (p < 0.05).
 Conclusions: Based on the above results, it is necessary to continuously promote the importance of the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea in the field of oral medicine.
