Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among self leadership, leader-member exchange(LMX) and organizational effectiveness of sport center instructors The subjects were sport center instructors and 400 data were collected and 381 of them were chosen as for final data analysis. Data analysis were conducted using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation mode analysis using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Based on the above study method and procedures, the result of the study are summarized as follows. First, behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies and constructive thought strategies out of self leadership had significant influence on leader-member exchange(LMX). Second, behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies and constructive thought strategies out of self leadership had significant influence on organizational effectiveness. Third, leader-member exchange(LMX) had significant influence on organizational effectiveness.
