Abstract
The reader is offered a description of the life and activities, including political ones, of the exiled deputies of the Social Democratic faction of the II State Duma of the Russian Empire. The article is based on the materials of the National Archive of the Irkutsk Region, as well as memoirs and reference literature published by the All-Union Society of Political Prisoners and Exiled Settlers. In the course of the research, the basic information characterizing the stay of the deputies of the “second-thinkers” in Siberian exile was identified and systematized; The main conclusions about the peculiarities of the socio-political and educational activities of former deputies in exile are formulated.
